In fact, I saw that many of its locations have dozens of 5* reviews, and it seems to me like its members are generally happy with its pricing, 24/7 access, and parking.

However, some members warn about a few things that you should be prepared for when choosing ReadySpaces, as well as some negative experiences that they’ve had in some of its locations:
#1: Problematic experiences in some locations with the local manager
A customer recalls negative experiences they’ve had at ReadySpaces, such as a door that had to be fixed (which left their inventory exposed) and didn’t receive the help they wanted from the company’s local manager fast enough.
