Scott Bellamy spent 30 years in retail, and the costume shop he worked in is where he met Sid, Absolute Entertainment's creative director. She came in one day short a performer and asked if he could be a Russian soldier that night. He said yes. Ten years later he's the company's senior event producer, handling the bands, the stage, the lighting, and the occasional Michael Jackson impersonator so clients don't have to think about any of it. Sid is also the one who connected the team to Saltbox, and after years of spaces out on the edge of everything, Scott says being minutes from where they actually run events changed the math.
