Virtual Plan

Saltbox's Virtual Plan is a 100% online membership providing businesses with a professional mailing address and access to Upstream—a members-only digital community.

Saltbox's Starter Plan allows businesses to access shared space at a Saltbox facility to pack and ship orders, utilize co-working and meeting rooms, and get ad-hoc operations assistance. Members on this plan get access to professional logistics infrastructure without committing to a long-term warehouse lease or monthly fulfillment contract.

Who this membership is for: 

• Entrepreneurs working from home but requiring occasional logistics support (e.g., receiving a few inbound pallets per year, shipping outbound a few times per month, want short-term storage during vacations or seasonal spikes).
• Businesses that value having physical access to a shared space, but don’t expect to be on-site often and don’t want to pay for infrequently used services.
• Businesses that value having occasional access to community amenities including content studios, co-working facilities, conference rooms, and in-person connection with peers.

• Pay-per-use logistics services:
  • Inventory receiving: Save time and headaches by sending inventory to Saltbox where our team receives it for you on a per-unit cost. No more waiting around for carriers, paying a lift gate fee, or handling pallet disposal.
  • Temporary storage or fulfillment support: Only pay for storage or fulfillment when you need it — whether that’s a seasonal spike, a vacation, or a one-off big order.
  • Shipping: For days you decide to drop off orders or work from Saltbox, utilize onsite carrier pickups and access the cheapest shipping rates through our shipping platform partner, Parsel.

Scale Plan

Everything in the Starter Plan, plus:

• Consistent receiving at warehouse-member rates: Get up to 100 packages and 10 pallets received per month at no extra fee (storage is always billed separately, so you only pay for what you keep onsite).
• Full access to logistics capabilities: Inbound, outbound, and everything in between — at the same favorable rates our full-time warehouse members enjoy. That means predictable costs, no “outsider” markups, and the flexibility to operate on your own schedule.
• Discounted community amenities and logistics services: Utilize conference rooms, content studios, storage, and labor services for a discounted rate parity to warehouse members, without paying for a dedicated warehouse you might not fully use.

Private Workspace

For  brands that need daily facility use and storage, Saltbox offers private warehouse and office workspaces. Choose the perfect square footage you need now, and upgrade (or downgrade) based on your specific business needs.

• Mailing services: Use your Saltbox address as your official business address for outbound and return shipments with concierge-level mail handling.
• Unlimited outbound package drop-offs: Use our staffed loading docks and daily carrier pickups to streamline outbound fulfillment without leaving your suite.
