Access plans include access for only the member on file. Workspace plans include a specific number of access passes to use for employee entry, depending on the size of your suite. Additional access passes for Workspace members can be purchased for $99/month per person.
In the case that an amenity or service (like a conference room or content studio) has been booked, visitors must abide by our visitor policy and check-in process. Visitors must be accompanied by Saltbox Members into the Warehouse and Office suite area and respect Saltbox policies and building guidelines.
Membership plans are billed on a monthly basis, at the beginning of the month. All payments are made through our online portal. We accept ACH and credit card payments (credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee).
Growing Shipper, Professional, and Pro Shipper plans require an initial deposit equal to the monthly membership cost. The initial deposit is billed on your first billing cycle, and is returned to you at the end of your membership contract. This deposit covers any accidentals or damages to Saltbox spaces, property, or items.
All membership plans allow access from 6am to 11pm local time. Members on the Professional or Pro Shipper plans can get 24/7 access for $299 per month at available locations.
Yes. We require all members to have liability insurance as a safety precaution in the case that you have inventory or packages on site.Â
Liability insurance is typically included or can be added to your General Business Insurance. We believe in “better safe, than sorry”!
