Developing consistent sales behavior across an organization requires participation from multiple resources including the sales person & their peers, sales leadership, the training department and information manager. Each of these resources plays a key role in creating a continuous learning environment and each have specific set of skills to create and sustain success. We offer workshops to develop best in class skills for each of these key roles.
Learning Community Training
A current understanding of a customer's business, industry, challenges and competition is now a non-negotiable. Successful sales people create a personal learning environment to access real time information from the web, company and peers, to demonstrate value and maintain credibility in the eyes of their customer. And yes, we offer a workshop and app for that too!
Operational Reinforcement
Without a systematic approach to learning and continuous reinforcement, behaviors do not change. Subsequently, short term positive results (if any) are not sustainable in the long term. Integrating reinforcement of sales methodology into key business processes and management reinforcement drives continuous development and change. We evaluate current processes, identify areas of opportunity for reinforcement integration, make recommendations and assist with implementation.
